Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1.Cancellations:

1. Cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of booking. After 6 hours, the session is confirmed and non-refundable.

In rare cases (duplicate payment, loss of someone in family, booking error), requests must be raised within 24 hours.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed only once per person (lifetime). You can reach out on hello@jyotirgamayabykcamya.com to request for same.
• You must request rescheduling at least 6 hours in advance. After that, the amount would be forfeited.
• All reschedules are subject to availability.

3. Missed Sessions

• Please attend your session on time.
• If you miss your session:
  • You must inform within 6 hours to request a reschedule (subject to availability).
  • No-shows without notice are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
