Refund Policy

Effective Date: 16th April 2026

1. No Refund Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, payment is made and service has been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind to opt out of session (read below for T&Cs to reschedule/cancel)
• Dissatisfaction in and after the session
• Not resonating with the reading
• Predictions not unfolding as expected
• These are time-based and energy-based services, once delivered, they cannot be reversed or reused.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be allowed if requested at least 6  hours in advance. This is only allowed once per person, per lifetime.

3. Service Nature

Our services are based on time, expertise, and energy exchange. Once time is booked, it cannot be reused or refunded.
